• Full refunds of registration fees paid to East Knox Youth Sports shall be made in the following instances:
  • Player or parent changes their mind prior to the first practice of the season. This will result in a full refund less a $20.00 processing fee.
  • Player sustains a season ending injury* prior to the start of the practice season. This will result in a full refund less a $20.00 processing fee.
  • Player moves from the territory prior to the start of the practice season. This will result in a full refund less a $20.00 processing fee.
  • Player or parent changes his/her mind about participating in a sport prior to the first game of the season (but after practices have begun). This will result in a 50% refund of fees.
  • Player sustains a season ending injury* prior to the first game of the season (but after practices have begun). This will result in a 75% refund of fees. 
     

NO REFUNDS will be made in the following instances:

• Player withdraws from participation after the first game for ANY reason.
• Player has been removed from the team for Code of Conduct violations by the player or the parent.

• Refunds are at the sole discretion of East Knox Youth Sports Board.
• All refunds are made by East Knox Youth Sports business check only. No refunds will be credited to any bank card.
• All refund requests should be sent to [email protected] 
• All refunds are verified with the credit card company. The refund check is made out and mailed to the person who is listed on the credit card, at the address provided by the credit card company. If the registration fee is paid by mail-in check, said check will be verified that it cleared the bank prior to any refund being made.
• All refunds are subject to the $20.00 processing fee.
• We often turn kids away because a teams are full - your child has taken a spot that could have gone to another player.
